John

  1. 15:1  I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
  2. 2  Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
  3. 3  Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
  4. 4  Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
  5. 5  I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
  6. 6  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
  7. 7  If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
  8. 8  Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
  9. 9  As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
  10. 10  If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
  11. 11  These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
  12. 12  This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
  13. 13  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
  14. 14  Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
  15. 15  Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
  16. 16  Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
  17. 17  These things I command you, that ye love one another.
  18. 18  If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
  19. 19  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
  20. 20  Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
  21. 21  But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
  22. 22  If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.
  23. 23  He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
  24. 24  If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
  25. 25  But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
  26. 26  But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
  27. 27  And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
  28. Revelation

  29. 7:1  And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
  30. 2  And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
  31. 3  Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
  32. 4  And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
  33. 5  Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
  34. 6  Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
  35. 7  Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
  36. 8  Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
  37. 9  After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
  38. 10  And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
  39. 11  And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
  40. 12  Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
  41. 13  And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
  42. 14  And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
  43. 15  Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
  44. 16  They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
  45. 17  For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
  46. 21:1  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
  47. 2  And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
  48. 3  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
  49. 4  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
  50. 5  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
  51. 6  And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
  52. 7  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
  53. 8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
  54. 9  And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
  55. 10  And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
  56. 11  Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
  57. 12  And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
  58. 13  On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
  59. 14  And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
  60. 15  And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
  61. 16  And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
  62. 17  And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
  63. 18  And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
  64. 19  And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
  65. 20  The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
  66. 21  And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
  67. 22  And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
  68. 23  And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
  69. 24  And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
  70. 25  And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
  71. 26  And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
  72. 27  And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
  73. 22:1  And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
  74. 2  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
  75. 3  And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
  76. 4  And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
  77. 5  And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
  78. 6  And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
  79. 7  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
  80. 8  And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
  81. 9  Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
  82. 10  And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
  83. 11  He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
  84. 12  And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
  85. 13  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
  86. 14  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
  87. 15  For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
  88. 16  I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
  89. 17  And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
  90. 18  For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
  91. 19  And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
  92. 20  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
  93. 21  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
